Your media stays on your device

CapCutCreative AI Photo Studio reads videos and photos you choose through the Android photo picker and processes them locally. We do not upload, copy or transmit your media, file names or editing projects to our servers. We have no servers that receive them, and no accounts.

Permissions

The app uses the system photo picker, so it does not request broad access to your photos or files. Exported videos are saved to your gallery through Android media storage. The app requires the internet permission and a working connection, which it uses for ads and for checking that you are online.

Advertising

CapCutCreative AI Photo Studio shows ads using Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): app-open, banner, native, interstitial and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional; editing tools are unlocked for the session if you choose to watch one. The Google SDK may collect and use device and usage information, such as advertising ID, IP address, device and app information and ad interactions, to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Depending on your region you will be asked for consent through Google's consent form. Learn more on Google's advertising policy page. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in Android settings.

The app requires an internet connection to run and shows an "Internet required" screen when offline.

Analytics and crash reporting

CapCutCreative AI Photo Studio includes no analytics or crash-reporting SDK. If that changes, this policy will be updated before release.

Retention

We do not hold your data. Temporary files created during export are deleted when export ends. Videos you export remain in your gallery until you delete them. Data handled by Google's ad SDK is governed by Google's policies.

Children

CapCutCreative AI Photo Studio is not directed at children under 13. [Confirm the target-audience declaration you make in Play Console.]
