Using the app

Your content
You keep ownership of the videos and photos you edit. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you import, edit or share, including music, footage and images from other people. We do not review or host your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create content that is illegal, infringing, or that harms others, and do not try to reverse engineer or disrupt the app.
Ads
The app requires an internet connection and shows ads provided by third parties. Editing tools can be unlocked for a session by choosing to watch a rewarded ad. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or the sites and apps it links to.
Intellectual property
The CapCutCreative AI Photo Studio name, icon and app code are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], except for open-source components under their own licenses. CapCutCreative AI Photo Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other video editing app or company.
No warranty and limits of liability
